Presentation formats

Young Investigator Award Session
The Young Investigator Award Session will be chaired by senior faculty members. Each finalist will present
the key points of his/her research followed by a Questions & Answers period led by a panel of experts who
will judge the presentations and determine the winner. All selected participants will receive free admission
to the Congress Dinner in the Tivoli Gardens on May 23th, where the winner will be announced.


Conditions:

  • You must be the presenter of your abstract
  • You must be under 40 years old at the time of presentation
  • Abstracts not selected for the Young Investigator Award session may be automatically considered
    for other oral presentation or poster presentation by selecting these options in the abstract
    submission system


Rapid Fire Oral Abstract sessions
The highest graded abstracts will be selected to be presented orally during the rapid-fire abstract sessions
moderated by senior faculty members.


Moderated Paper Posters
Abstracts selected for Poster Presentation must be displayed as a visual representation of the research in a
formal poster format. Each poster will be accompanied by a Q&A session, moderated by a senior faculty
member, scheduled during one of the conference breaks.
