INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEES:

Access to all sessions, refreshment & lunch during the conference.

Social programme activities are subject to a seperate fee.

Full payment of registration is required by credit card upon booking. Accepted credit cards are Visa & Mastercard.

On-line payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Conference Organizers. Email: nbcc@kongreskompaniet.dk.

Cancellations before April 18, 2025 will receive a full refund less DKK 750 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 18, 2025, but substitutions can be made at any time.

The Conference Organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the Conference.
